852 Fabric delivers locally using SF express and internationally using Hong Kong Post.
Unless mentioned specifically as a pre order, all fabrics on the site are currently in stock. All orders retail fabrics are cut, packed and sent out within 3 business days. Orders made during and directly after sale events will see longer turnaround times.
Shipping times for domestic orders is 2-3 business days while shipping times for international orders is 2-3 weeks and includes tracking. Shipping is calculated automatically by weight at checkout. We currently ship to Mainland China, Singapore, Taiwan, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Please contact us if your country is not listed above. We are happy to make arrangements for you.
Please note that shipping fees are subject to cost fluctuations and service suspensions. In some cases, shipping times may be longer due to Covid-19 delays.
Where possible, we endeavour to combine orders placed within 24 hours of each other. However, we are unable to combine or refund shipping if the order has already been shipped.
Orders shipping to locations outside of Hong Kong may incur customs fees upon arrival (this includes Mainland China). Be sure to check your country's importing regulations to avoid any surprises – we are not responsible for any customs charges and fees.
We are not responsible for your order once it has been shipped. 852 Fabric is not responsible if your order is damaged in anyway during shipping. We do everything we can to securely package your order to ensure it arrives to you undamaged. Please ensure that you have provided a correct address and phone number for your order to be received. If your order fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will endeavour to assist you with tracking it down, or you can use the tracking number provided to locate your order though your local postal service provider.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or allow returns of fabric once they have been cut. However, if there is a mistake in your order and you have received the wrong fabric, please contact us a firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos of your order. We do not offer returns on pre-washed fabric.
We quality check all fabric during the cutting process and endeavour to disclose flaws if any, but we do occasionally miss something. If you spot a flaw, please send us clear photos within 30 calendar days of your shipping date and we will make it right. This is handled on a case by case basis and may take the form of a discount, a full or partial refund or a replacement.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com and include photos of your order. If your return is accepted, we will respond with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that perishable goods, including the Iron Buddha Tea cannot be returned and are not covered by our returns/exchange policy.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. As mentioned we handle every refund on a case by case basis in effort to best serve you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
